Що ви будете робити в ролі Провідного інженера-механіка:

  • Знати як проводити якісні та своєчасні інспекції та профілактичні роботи відповідно до кращих світових практик і стандартів Bunge в області технічного обслуговування;
  • Комунікувати з постачальниками щодо запчастин;
  • Брати участь в організації та плануванні річних, квартальних, щомісячних ремонтів виробничого обладнання на основі річних і місячних планів випуску готової продукції;
  • Систематично аналізувати наявність запасних частин, їх переміщення, своєчасно виконувати заявки на їх придбання;
  • Створювати графіки та плани ремонтів, планувати запчастини та затрати часу команди;
  • Розробляти інструкції по охороні праці та ремонтним процесам та обслуговуванню технічного обладнання;
  • Постійно підвищувати ефективність обслуговування;
  • Щорічно брати участь у формуванні бюджету ремонтної служби та нести відповідальність за бюджетні витрати.

Наші очікування від кандидата:

  • Вища технічна освіта — механічні лінії, харчова промисловість;
  • Знання англійської — В2.
  • Досвід роботи за фахом щонайменше 3 роки;
  • MS Office — впевнений користувач;
  • Вміння читати технічні креслення та іншу технічну документацію;
  • Знання принципів експлуатації, обслуговування та ремонту технологічного обладнання олійно-харчової промисловості;
  • Здатність планувати та аналізувати потреби в закупівлі запчастин та витрат робочого часу.
  • Буде плюсом: знання SAP.
