— Confident in video editing (CapCut or similar software).

— Basic motion design skills. Experience with After Effects or DaVinci Resolve/Fusion will be a plus.

— Good written English (reading & text comprehension) listening at a normal level speaking not required.

— Previous experience with any video content (UGC, reels, clips, ads, etc.).

— Confident user of AI tools (video/image generation, chatbots, etc.). You know how to pick the right tool (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) and are curious about new ones (Nano Banana, Veo3, etc.).

— Web mindset: you understand how a simple website is structured and can make edits via Cursor.

— Proactivity: able to work in uncertainty, deliver results without detailed instructions, suggest solutions.

— Organization: structured file & folder management, attention to detail.

70% — Video creatives:

— Research competitors, browse ad examples on spy tools, and organize the best references.

— Create ad video creatives for campaigns (editing, rhythm, music/FX, subtitles, simple motion).

— Add basic animations: overlays, arrows, progress bars, end cards, transitions, simple tracking/masks.

30% — Other tasks:

— Make simple website edits via Cursor (texts, images, blocks).

— Work with texts: generate, edit, and select the best options.

— Collect, prepare, and analyze information upon request.

— Handle occasional side tasks within working hours.
