About the Role

Sayenko Kharenko, one of Ukraine's leading law firms, is looking for a Pitch & Proposals Specialist to coordinate and prepare presentations and proposals across the firm.

The role sits within the Business Development and Marketing team and involves close cooperation with partners and lawyers when preparing client materials and participating in tender processes. It will suit someone who enjoys working with text, structuring information, and coordinating complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This job requires full-time work from our office in Kyiv and offers a hybrid schedule.

Requirements

• Previous experience in roles involving written communication, coordination or client work is desirable — for example in proposals, marketing, sales, project management or grant applications.
• Experience preparing materials or reports for NGOs or donor-funded projects will also be considered relevant.
• Excellent command of Ukrainian and English.
• Strong ability to structure information, meet deadlines and maintain high attention to detail.
• Confident user of MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
• Proactive, organised and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Understanding of tender or procurement processes would be an advantage (training will be provided if needed).

• Manage the full process of preparing presentations and proposals.
• Review requirements, create checklists and track deadlines.
• Gather and organise information from lawyers.
• Draft and edit proposals, capability descriptions and project summaries in Ukrainian and English.
• Maintain and regularly update the library of templates and project materials.
• Monitor potential opportunities and keep an organised register.
• Prepare presentations, pricing tables and other supporting documents.
• Upload materials and work through client and tender portals.
• Prepare brief reports after submissions and help improve future materials.
