We're looking for an SMM Manager to join our team

We're a remote team, so you can work from wherever you feel most comfortable—no commuting, no office stress. If you're passionate about mental health, love crafting creative SMM campaigns, and want to be part of a team that's making a real impact, we'd love to meet you

• Create diverse content for the Rozmova brand across social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts);
• Adapt YouTube videos for other platforms;
• Produce short videos and stories independently;
• Gather input and materials for content from platform psychotherapists;
• Publish content on social media and collect analytics;
• Engage with our audience: respond to DMs, comments, and stories;
• Meet KPIs and collaborate closely with the content lead, designer, and copywriter.

• 3+ years of experience in communications and high-quality content creation;
• Creative thinking and strong teamwork skills;
• Genuine interest in the mental health field;
• Love for trends — even the craziest ones;
• Ability to spot news hooks in any information flow;
• Basic knowledge of marketing;
• Basic skills in design and video editing;
• Time management skills to efficiently allocate time and resources;
• Location in Kyiv or Lviv will be a plus.
