Зараз позицію Виконавчого директора займає один з співвласників компанії, але саме час це змінити. Ми шукаємо CEO в Listex.

Необхідні компетенції:

  • Навички управління бюджетом компанії з продажу та витрат;
  • Здатність розробляти та втілювати стратегії, спрямовані на досягнення цілей компанії та її розвиток;
  • Ефективне реагування на зміни на ринку та прийняття обгрунтованих рішень під тиском;
  • Розуміння фінансових аспектів бізнесу та управління фінансами компанії;
  • Дотримання високих стандартів етики та законодавства;
  • Ефективне керівництво та мотивація команди;
  • Досвід у високопрофесійних керівницьких посадах, включаючи стратегічне планування та розвиток бізнесу;
  • Розуміння SaaS, платіжних моделей, хмарних технологій та інших суміжних технологій;
  • Знання функціонування баз даних, Excel та API;
  • Розуміння бухгалтерського, податкового, фінансового та складського обліку.

Задачі:

  • Відповідальність за виконання бюджету компанії та показників з продажу;
  • Формування фонду вільних коштів та умов для виконання довгострокового фінансового плану;
  • Розробка та впровадження стратегій оптимізації діяльності компанії;
  • Укладення угод з партнерами, клієнтами та постачальниками;
  • Управління ризиками та забезпечення високої якості послуг;
  • Впровадження інноваційних технологій та керівництво щоденними операціями компанії.
