INTEGRITES is looking for a highly motivated part-time or full-time Intern to join our Real Estate and Energy team in Kyiv.

• Undertaking research on legal matters under Ukrainian legislation and drafting memos and emails of advice for senior colleagues
• Drafting legal documents, including commercial agreements and letters
• Participating in legal due diligence analysis
• Undertaking exhibit preparation

• Law graduate or 4th-year (or above) student of a reputable Ukrainian university
• Excellent knowledge of Civil and Land law
• Strong written and spoken Ukrainian and English skills
• Excellent analytical, research, and legal writing skills
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Office, legal databases (Liga, etc.)
