We are looking for a tough performance analyst — someone who can weigh each employee on the scales of real productivity.

A person who can evaluate anyone: a designer, developer, marketer, or SEO specialist — and immediately see who works at 100% and who is just "occupying a seat" or juggling two jobs at 50%.

You must be able to see where time and energy are being lost, and where the level of execution does not meet competitive standards.

Your main task is to keep the team in shape so that everyone knows: they are being monitored, and their efficiency is being measured.

You are not just evaluating — you are intervening and proposing solutions:

who to train, who to support, who to promote, and who to replace.

This is a role for a strong person

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate employee performance across all departments (content, marketing, design, IT, analytics). 

  • Analyze task completion speed, volume, and quality. 

  • Compare performance with competitors and industry standards. 

  • Assess the visual and functional competitiveness of company products. 

  • Prepare performance reports and analytics summaries. 

  • Identify strong and weak employees, provide recommendations for development or replacement. 

  • Develop proposals for improving productivity, training, and motivation. 

  • Work closely with the COO to build a culture of high performance in the company. 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR analytics, operations management, or performance management. 

  • Ability to work with metrics, KPIs, and OKRs, and most importantly, to evaluate productivity across different professions. 

  • Understanding of digital team processes (content, design, IT, marketing, media). 

  • Proficiency in productivity and task management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Jira, Google Sheets, BI dashboards). 

  • Strong analytical and communication skills. 

  • Upper-intermediate or higher level of English.
