HealthMerch helps healthcare organizations and nonprofits use promotional products to educate, inspire, and connect with their communities. We design purpose-driven campaigns around awareness events — from Pride and Breast Cancer Awareness Month to Nurses Week and Mental Health initiatives — turning creativity into community impact.

The Role

We're looking for a part-time Creative Graphic Designer to help bring our brand and campaigns to life. This role is ideal for someone who loves blending creativity with purpose — and wants to see their designs on products, social feeds, and event stages nationwide.

You'll work closely with our Marketing Specialist and CEO to develop visuals for seasonal campaigns, awareness collections, and ongoing marketing efforts. From concept to final design, you'll shape how HealthMerch shows up visually across digital and physical platforms.

What You'll Do

  • Design creative artwork (think clipart) for awareness campaigns that appear on promotional products like totes, apparel, water bottles, and hand sanitizers.
  • Develop visual assets for social media, email campaigns, website banners, and digital ads.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and bring new design ideas to life aligned with each campaign's theme.
  • Leverage generative AI tools to expand on ideas and enhance creativity.
  • Iterate from brief to final design efficiently, while maintaining strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Stay on top of design trends in lifestyle, wellness, and event branding to keep our campaigns fresh and relevant.

What We're Looking For

  • A creative thinker with a strong sense of visual storytelling and design for both print and digital.
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop); familiarity with Canva or Figma is a plus.
  • Experience designing for products, apparel, or branded merchandise preferred.
  • A proactive collaborator who enjoys feedback, iteration, and shared creative ownership.
  • Strong time management — able to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for purpose-driven design that connects with real people and real communities.
