Be part of the team as a Middle Back-End (Python) Developer and build a platform that transforms how investment attraction is managed.

ABOUT THE PROJECT:

Project:

The Platform for Managing the Investment Attraction Process.

Our Team:

Team Lead, Back-End Dev, Front-End Dev, Mobile Dev, DevOps, QA, Designer and PM.

Tech stack:

Python, Django, PostgreSQL, AWS, , Flutter

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain and improve project conventions (architecture, code style, best practices);
  • Suggest improvements for project processes and methodologies;
  • Estimate tasks and ensure alignment with own estimates;
  • Set up and maintain project environments;
  • Communicate technical requirements with clients;
  • Participate in technical interviews with clients and candidates;
  • Deliver tasks: analyze requirements, explore solutions, code/review/test, present results;
  • Collaborate with project managers, QA engineers, designers, analysts, and other teams;
  • Follow company processes (time logging, internal policies, etc.);
  • Research new technologies and continuously update skills;
  • Provide feedback to colleagues and managers.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of commercial experience with Python and Django;
  • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and ORM frameworks;
  • Experience in writing unit tests and ensuring code quality;
  • Proactive, curious, and creative approach to problem-solving;
  • Hands-on experience with AWS (setup, deployment, integrations);
  • Ability to deliver solutions that meet project requirements and follow best practices;
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher for communication with clients and the team.
