Salesforce Implementation SpecialistAs a Salesforce Implementation Specialist, you will design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions to meet our clients' unique needs. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce's capabilities, tech skills, excellent problem -solving skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.Key Responsibilities:Design customized Salesforce solutions that effectively address client needs.Execute the implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality.Configure Salesforce features and functionality, including custom objects, flows, validation rules, and automation.Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration RequirementsYour Background & Skills4+ years as a Salesforce Specialist,Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant) are highly preferred.Proven experience in Salesforce implementation and customization, with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices.Proficiency in data migration, integration, and reporting tools related to Salesforce.Developed critical thinking and problem -solvingIn -depth knowledge of core Salesforce products (e.g. Sales Cloud), their functionalities, and best practices
