About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SMM & Community Manager to enhance our brand's presence across social media platforms. This role is pivotal in developing and executing strategies that drive brand growth and community engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media profiles, crafting engaging content, monitoring audience interactions, and responding to inquiries.

Your future responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive content plan aligned with the company's marketing strategy.
• Create compelling copy for various social media platforms, ensuring consistency in voice and branding.
• Collaborate with designers to produce visually engaging posts, including the preparation of detailed briefs.
• Publish posts and stories across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn as per the content calendar.
• Foster community engagement by responding promptly to audience comments and messages.
• Execute targeted advertising campaigns, specifically utilizing Meta Ads, to enhance brand visibility.
• Share company news and updates within internal communication channels.
• Generate and analyse regular SMM activity reports, including weekly statistics and monthly advertising performance assessments.
• Represent Devlight at events and conferences, preparing promotional materials to showcase our brand.
• Conduct performance analyses and propose innovative initiatives to boost reach, engagement, and overall effectiveness.

Your professional qualities:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the IT sector.
• Proficient in English at a B2 level or higher.
• Exceptional copywriting and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and current social media trends.
• Proven experience in launching and managing targeted advertising campaigns.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate content performance effectively.
• Experience collaborating with designers and creating detailed briefs for content production.
• Highly communicative, proactive, and responsible with a strong sense of accountability.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with AI tools for content generation.
• Experience conducting A/B testing for content and advertising creatives.
• Background in promoting personal brands is a plus.
