Pechersk School International (PSI) is seeking a talented, enthusiastic, and student-centered Drama Teacher to join our vibrant and diverse learning community. Whether full-time or part-time, this role offers the opportunity to shape the creative journey of students through dynamic and inclusive drama education.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver engaging drama lessons to students across various age groups, aligned with the IB curriculum.

Direct and coordinate theatrical performances, workshops, or school productions.

Create a safe and encouraging classroom environment where students are empowered to take creative risks.

Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to integrate drama into broader learning experiences.

Assess and reflect on student learning to support individual growth and development.

Contribute to the wider school community through co-curricular involvement in the arts.
What We're Looking For:

A degree in Drama, Performing Arts, Education, or a related field.

Previous teaching experience, ideally in an international or IB context (preferred but not required).

A passion for theatre and a belief in its value as an educational and personal development tool.

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Flexibility to work either part-time or full-time, depending on candidate availability and school needs.
