Drama Teacher

Pechersk School International (PSI) is seeking a talented, enthusiastic, and student-centered Drama Teacher to join our vibrant and diverse learning community. Whether full-time or part-time, this role offers the opportunity to shape the creative journey of students through dynamic and inclusive drama education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging drama lessons to students across various age groups, aligned with the IB curriculum.

• Direct and coordinate theatrical performances, workshops, or school productions.

• Create a safe and encouraging classroom environment where students are empowered to take creative risks.

• Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to integrate drama into broader learning experiences.

• Assess and reflect on student learning to support individual growth and development.

• Contribute to the wider school community through co-curricular involvement in the arts.

What We're Looking For:

• A degree in Drama, Performing Arts, Education, or a related field.

• Previous teaching experience, ideally in an international or IB context (preferred but not required).

• A passion for theatre and a belief in its value as an educational and personal development tool.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

• Flexibility to work either part-time or full-time, depending on candidate availability and school needs.
