Role Overview

We are looking for a part-time Pitch Deck Designer to transform founder notes, financials and resarch (overall raw outlines and data) into investor-grade decks. In this role, you will own end-to-end slide workflow: shape a tight narrative, buil reusable design systems in Figma and deliver exports that are readable in boardrooms and on mobile. You will work directly with leadership to translate their strategy into visuals and enforce brand discipline across templates.

Responsibilities

• Own all deck production in Figma
• Build a reusable deck system
• Create slide patterns for common sections (Problem, Solution, Market, GTM, Economics, Roadmap, Team, Appendix) as drop-in components
• Stand up a chart library in Figma with standardized scales, labels and footnotes
• Export presets for PDF and handoff to Slides/Keynote/PowerPoint with fidelity checks
• Translate briefs and content into clear, investor-grade deck narratives
• Build and maintain Figma masters
• Create simple, accurate charts/infographics
• Enforce brand consistency across all decks and one-pagers
• Prepare exports/adaptations for investor, client and internal audiences
• Turn revisions quickly
• Protect confidentiality and handle sensitive materials with discretion

Qualifications/Experience

• Portfolio with executive/investor decks built in Figma (share 2-3 complete examples)
• Expert Figma
• Data-viz competence inside Figma (chart selection, labelling, scaling, number formatting, colour for legibility)
• Comfortable turning raw notes/Excel into clean visuals
• Experience collaborating with founders/executives
• Confident handling rapid feedback and ambiguity
• Secondary tools: Google Slides/Keynote/PowerPoint for hand-offs and final presentations
• Fluent English
• Detail-driven
• Nice to have: finance/tech/consulting exposure (decks)
