Traffic Label is looking for a motivated Talent Partner (entry level) to join our growing international team. This is an excellent opportunity to start or develop your career in recruitment and talent acquisition, working closely with colleagues in Ukraine and our UK headquarters.

About the Role

Based in our Lviv office, you will support the full recruitment process across multiple departments, helping to identify, engage, and secure top talent. You'll report directly to the Recruitment Manager based in the UK, collaborating daily to meet hiring goals and deliver a seamless candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across a range of roles
  • Manage job postings on different platforms and maintain accurate candidate records
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communication
  • Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand vacancy requirements
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and processes

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition role (internship experience considered)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Strong English proficiency (both written and verbal)
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced team members
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools is a plus
