Наші очікування:

  • 2+ роки досвіду роботи на позиції Project Manager в ІТ.
  • Досвід управління командою з 5+ осіб.
  • Глибоке розуміння життєвого циклу ПЗ та методологій (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Вміння аналізувати бізнес-вимоги та трансформувати їх у технічні задачі.
  • Сильні організаційні та комунікаційні навички.
  • Досвід роботи з Jira / Confluence або подібними інструментами.

Ваші обов'язки:

  • Вести 2–3 проєкти на активній стадії Визначати вимоги, очікувані результати та формувати план реалізації.
  • Координувати роботу команди розробки та QA.
  • Забезпечувати прозору та регулярну комунікацію з клієнтами та PO.
  • Вести документацію проєкту (таймлайни, user stories, acceptance criteria).
  • Ідентифікувати та проактивно вирішувати ризики або блокери.
