Кожен департамент закриває певну операційну потребу бізнесу в повній мірі. Фахівці компанії залучені на всіх етапах: від виробничої лінії в Україні до логістичного центру в Польщі, звідки продукцію відправляють дистриб'юторам по всьому світу. Основні обов'язки:
  • Планування та оптимізація маршрутів доставки: розробка найкоротших, економічних і безпечних шляхів перевезення вантажів.
  • Підбір транспорту: вибір оптимального авто залежно від завдання, типу та кількості вантажу.
  • Оформлення документації: підготовка та ведення товарно-транспортних накладних, заявок на перевезення, внутрішніх документів.
  • Контроль доставки: моніторинг дотримання термінів і умов перевезення.
  • Розрахунки: аналіз витрат і пошук шляхів їх оптимізації.
  • Координація роботи: взаємодія з внутрішніми підрозділами та зовнішніми партнерами для забезпечення безперебійного руху товарів.
  • Забезпечення своєчасних поставок комплектуючих на виробництво.
  • Організація та контроль доставки продукції внутрішньому замовнику з дотриманням вимог щодо якості та збереження вантажу.
  • Своєчасне транспортування супровідної та службової документації корпоративним транспортом або через службу Нова Пошта.
  • Організація міжнародних відправок документів сервісом DHL.
Вимоги:
  • Бакалавр або магістр у галузі логістики, управління ланцюгами постачання або суміжних дисциплін.
  • Досвід роботи з 1С або SAP.
  • Досвід роботи з особистим кабінетом Нової Пошти.
  • Знання законодавства та основ документообігу.
  • Аналітичне мислення, уважність до деталей, організованість.
  • Здатність швидко реагувати на форс-мажори та ефективно координувати роботу водіїв, перевізників та інших учасників процесу.
  • Навички ведення переговорів.
