Trade Marketer

Job Purpose:
Development, implementation and analysis of the effectiveness of trade marketing activities in cooperation with pharmacy chains, internal teams in order to increase sales and improve the representation of Sopharma's brands.

Main responsibilities:

• Development of a trade marketing strategy for entrusted brands and further implementation in key pharmacy chains

• Cooperation with the KAM team to coordinate individual activities for the client.

• Planning and implementation of promotional campaigns (promotions, POS materials, bonus programs).

• Analysis of the effectiveness of trade promotions (ROI, sales growth, coverage).

• Coordination with the sales, marketing, logistics and finance departments.

• Preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

• Budget control of trade marketing activities.

Main Requirements:

• Experience in trade marketing or category management (preferably in pharmaceuticals or FMCG).

• Understanding of the specifics of the pharmacy channel and distribution.

• Analytical thinking, ability to work with Excel, Power BI, PharmXplorer data.

• Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.

• Higher education (marketing, economics, pharmacy - an advantage).

• Knowledge of English at a level not lower than Intermediate.
