Director of Digital Advertising Agency

Traders Union is launching a new business direction — our own digital advertising agency. We're looking for a visionary leader who can build the agency from scratch, scale it effectively, and turn it into a profitable business unit within the company.

What to Expect

During the probation period, you will:


• Personally launch the agency's first product;


• Set up and manage its advertising campaigns;


• Achieve a positive ROMI (Return on Marketing Investment) after delivering services to the first clients.

After the initial success, your focus will shift to scaling the product, launching new services, and building a team based on real growth opportunities.

Your Responsibilities


• Build a digital advertising agency from the ground up (as a subsidiary of Traders Union);


• Launch and oversee all service lines of the agency;


• Form and lead a team of professionals;


• Develop sales systems and operational processes;


• Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial performance;


• Scale the agency and develop new business areas.

Requirements


• Minimum 3 years of experience managing a digital or advertising agency;


• Deep understanding of the digital market, services, and trends;


• Fluent English (you'll work with clients worldwide);


• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills;


• Entrepreneurial mindset, accountability, and the drive to achieve ambitious goals.
