Обов'язки:
  • Допомога в реалізації системних зовнішніх комунікації з метою розбудови бренду роботодавця назовні;
  • Підтримка освітніх ініціатив компанії Ajax Next;
  • Участь у реалізації внутрішніх комунікацій для працівників компанії;
  • Маркетинг-підтримка для підтримки HR і Recruitment команди (промо кампанії для найму);
  • Організація власних івентів в рамках напряму employer branding, участь в заходах ВИШів та спеціалізованих заходах;
  • Написання текстів для виконання профільних задач;
  • Взаємодія з внутрішньою агенцією щодо створення дизайн, фото та відео-контенту до всіх активностей;
  • Аналіз ефективності активностей для подальшого планування і покращення результатів.
Вимоги:
  • Маркетинг/PR/Employer branding бекграунд від 2 років;
  • Досвід мультиканальної комунікації/проєктів (digital, print, OOH);
  • Досвід написання та рерайту текстів українською мовою;
  • Досвід у BTL маркетингу чи організації заходів;
  • Вільна письмова і розмовна українська, англійська не нижче Upper Intermediate;
  • Особисті якості - уважність, самостійність, ініціативність (проактивність), швидкість в прийнятті рішень, дотримання термінів виконання задач, готовність вчитись.
