We are now looking for a Data Solutions Engineer to join our team.
This is a full-time, fully remote position

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain data processes (MS SQL) across the full pipeline: staging, transformation, customer matching, and loading into our proprietary platform.

  • Work on tasks ranging from small data flow updates to designing complete multi-step processes that meet business requirements.

  • Perform in-depth data profiling to understand structure, quality, and nuances of client datasets.

  • Support client requests: investigate data discrepancies, analyze matching results, and assist with questions related to our data platforms.

  • Develop data flows using SSIS and other integration tools.

The role requires availability from 3:30pm–12:30am Kyiv time, with occasional after-hours support if needed

Qualifications:  

  • Understanding of customer matching and householding principles.

  • Experience working with complex relational databases.

  • Hands-on experience in ETL, data conversion, statistics/programming, or similar data-driven environments.

  • Strong analytical mindset and genuine interest in deep-dive data exploration.

  • Intermediate SQL skills (window functions, CTEs, subqueries, bulk inserts, dynamic SQL).

  • Practical experience with PowerShell and/or Python for data/file operations.

  • Ability to translate business requests into technical tasks and identify missing details.

  • Basic knowledge of Scrum/Agile practices.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a matrixed team.

  • Adaptability and creativity in environments with evolving or open-ended tasks.

  • Balance of curiosity (to explore data) and caution (to follow best practices ensuring accuracy).

  • Your level of English is Upper Intermediate or higher (B2+)
