Big Data & Analytics Center of Excellence is a data consulting and engineering branch at SoftServe. Hundreds of Data Engineers and Architects nowadays build Data & Analytics end-to-end solutions from strategy through technical design and PoC to full-scale implementation. We have customers in the healthcare, finance, manufacturing, retail, and energy domains.

We hold top-level partnership statuses with all the major cloud providers and collaborate with many technology partners like AWS, GCP, Microsoft, Databricks, Snowflake, Confluent, and others.

• A skilled professional specializing in data warehouse design and implementation
• The one with a penchant for immersing yourself in a customer's subject area to devise optimal solutions for data modeling, transformation, and implementation
• Showing track record of effectively leading teams of fellow data engineers
• Proficient in designing data warehouse data modeling: dimensional modeling, Kimball's and Inmon methodology, and data vault
• Experienced in developing data solutions on AWS cloud platform, leveraging its services and resources
• Accustomed to working with analytic databases such as Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, Teradata, Oracle, and MS SQL Server
• Confident in optimizing queries and managing large datasets
• Capable of implementing ELT processes using SQL, extracting, loading, and transforming data efficiently
• Unrivalled in breaking down customer requirements into development tasks, estimating project timelines

• Be part of a team of data-focused Engineers dedicated to continuous learning, improvement, and knowledge sharing every day
• Drive technical excellence by applying best practices in dimensional modeling, data vault, cloud-native architectures, and scalable ELT design
• Participate in full project lifecycles: from discovery and design sessions, PoCs, and architecture evaluations to MVP delivery and enterprise-scale rollout
• Work with a cutting-edge technology stack, including pioneering services from major cloud providers that are at the forefront of innovation
• Collaborate closely with customers, helping them transform their business goals into robust, well-structured data ecosystems that support analytics, reporting, and initiatives
• Influence technical direction by suggesting tools, approaches, and architectural patterns that best fit each client's domain, constraints, and long-term strategy

• Address different business and technology challenges, engage in impactful projects, use top-notch technologies, and drive multiple initiatives as a part of the Center of Excellence
