BIM VDC Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
BIM/VDC Specialist
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting MEP design and coordination using advanced BIM methodologies, with a strong focus on Autodesk Revit. This role plays a critical part in improving project delivery, coordination, and digital collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage BIM models for MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) in Revit.

• Coordinate MEP models with architectural and structural disciplines using Navisworks or similar tools.

• Produce clash detection reports and work with project teams to resolve conflicts.

• Assist in content creation and family development within Revit.

• Participate in coordination meetings and provide BIM expertise in discussions.

• Support quality control by ensuring model accuracy and adherence to standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

2 - 5+ years of experience
working in a BIM/VDC role within the
MEP
sector.

•
Expertise in Revit is
a must.

• Proficient in Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
