Компанія «Нестле Україна» шукає Операційного менеджера з персоналу (HRBP). У нас Ви зможете знайти стабільну перспективну роботу в дружньому колективі та отримати новий досвід.

Основні обов'язки HRBPs:

  • Стратегія та виконання Плану розвитку персоналу, заснованого на стратегії кожного відповідного бізнес-підрозділу, спрямованого на розвиток та утримання працівників.
  • Впровадження програм мотивації та утримання працівників, орієнтованих на високу продуктивність і якість.
  • Керування процесом оцінки та калібровки талантів для забезпечення мотивації і розвитку персоналу з метою підвищення результативності і створення якісних планів наступництва
  • Формування кадрового резерву для покриття виробничих потреб і сезонних навантажень.
  • Оптимізація внутрішніх комунікацій між виробництвом та офісними підрозділами.
  • Розвиток корпоративної культури, що підтримує дисципліну, якість і командну роботу.
  • Надання консультацій лінійним керівникам стосовно розробки та виконання індивідуального плану розвитку для високо-потенційних співробітників в підрозділі.

Вимоги:

  • Вища освіта відповідного напрямку підготовки, стаж не менше 3 роки
  • Знання як створювати стратегічні плани щодо трудових ресурсів
  • Знання ключових HR процесів по роботі з персоналом (Performance Management, Talent Management, Compensations and Benefits)
  • Навички управління проектами
  • Знання кадрового діловодства
  • Комунікативні навички
  • Навички використання і створення KPI
  • Впевнений користувач MS Office

Додаткова вимога: вільне володіння англійською мовою
