Requirements

  • Strong motivation and desire to grow in sales
  • Proactive mindset and ability to take ownership
  • High personal responsibility
  • Upper-intermediate English or higher (written and spoken)
  • Experience in lead generation or sourcing is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Search for leads based on the ICP (manual and automated)
  • Work with tools such as LinkedHelper, Apollo, Instantly
  • Customize outreach for high-priority ICP segments
  • Develop and improve lead generation strategies
  • Analyze campaign results and suggest improvements
  • Consistently meet daily KPIs
