Requirements
- Strong motivation and desire to grow in sales
- Proactive mindset and ability to take ownership
- High personal responsibility
- Upper-intermediate English or higher (written and spoken)
- Experience in lead generation or sourcing is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Search for leads based on the ICP (manual and automated)
- Work with tools such as LinkedHelper, Apollo, Instantly
- Customize outreach for high-priority ICP segments
- Develop and improve lead generation strategies
- Analyze campaign results and suggest improvements
- Consistently meet daily KPIs
