is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to architect, launch, and scale data-driven campaigns across the channels that drive real business growth.
Your mission: build a predictable, measurable flow of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) that convert into revenue.
You'll own the growth strategy end to end — from performance marketing to brand positioning — building a modern marketing engine that directly fuels company expansion.
Responsibilities:Own growth KPIs
Define, track, and report on core performance metrics (Revenue, CAC, ROI, MQL → Client) to the leadership team and board.
Build and maintain predictable MQL pipelines that translate into consistent revenue growth.
Campaign strategy and execution
Design and run data-driven campaigns grounded in buyer intent, performance analytics, and continuous creative testing.
Optimize distribution across LinkedIn, Reddit, Google, and emerging platforms to maximize reach and ROI.
Develop and test new hypotheses — from audience segmentation to landing page optimization — to continuously improve conversion efficiency.
Team and process leadership
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team aligned around measurable results.
Implement automation and low-code tools to streamline workflows, reporting, and campaign performance tracking.
Foster a culture of experimentation, accountability, and performance transparency.
5+ years in B2B marketing for outsourcing, consulting, or service-based companies.
Demonstrated success in creating and scaling predictable MQL pipelines that drive revenue.
Hands-on expertise with PPC and paid social campaigns (LinkedIn, Reddit, Google Ads).
Deep understanding of data-driven marketing, funnel optimization, and ROI accountability.
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present results at the executive and board level.
Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and their use in campaign personalization or content distribution.
Experience implementing low-code or automation tools for marketing operations.
Background in AI, data, or SaaS-driven business environments.
Lead the digital growth and brand strategy for a forward-thinking AI and data company.
