Ми шукаємо досвідченого
Головного спеціаліста із технічних закупівель
, який допоможе ефективно управляти процесами закупівель обладнання, програмного забезпечення та ІТ-сервісів. Роль передбачає тісну співпрацю з технічними, фінансовими та адміністративними підрозділами компанії, а також з постачальниками й партнерами.

Основні обов'язки:

  • Проведення ринкового аналізу: пошук нових постачальників, оцінка комерційних пропозицій.
  • Участь у переговорах та погодження договорів на вигідних умовах.
  • Забезпечення прозорості, відповідності бюджету та своєчасності закупівель.
  • Ведення звітності по закупівлям в зоні відповідальності
  • Відповідність внутрішнім політикам компанії, регламенту по закупівлям.
  • Співпраця з юридичним, фінансовим відділом, внутрішніми замовниками.
  • Оптимізація процесів закупівель ІТ-обладнання, ліцензійного ПЗ, сервісів, послуг в зоні відповідальності.

Вимоги до кандидата:

  • Досвід роботи на аналогічній посаді від 3 років (бажано в ІТ або телеком-компанії).
  • Практичний досвід у закупівлі ІТ-обладнання, ПЗ, сервісів (SaaS, хмарні рішення).
  • Знання договірної роботи та принципів проведення тендерів / порівняльного аналізу.
  • Аналітичне мислення, увага до деталей.
  • Вільна українська, базова англійська (рівень Intermediate).
  • Знання Excel/Google Sheets, бажано досвід роботи з ERP (наприклад, SAP, IT Enterprise).
