DescriptionNeed full time middle - advance middle project lead to join the team from Feb/March 2025
Location: Eastern Europe/Balkans/LATAM

Requirements
  • up to 5- 7 years of professional experience in animation, with multiple shipped AAA titles or equivalent high-quality projects. 
  • Expert knowledge of industry-standard animation software (e.g., Maya, Blender) and advanced game engines like Unreal Engine or Unity. 
  • Strong experience with animation pipelines, including the integration of assets into game engines and optimization for performance across platforms. 
  • Advanced knowledge of motion capture workflows, including planning, directing, and implementing mocap shoots. 
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams of animators. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-disciplinary collaboration with art directors, game designers, and engineers. 
  • Ability to balance creative vision with technical and project constraints. 
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, including task prioritization and meeting deadlines. 
  • Expertise in character performance. 
  • Deep understanding of human and animal anatomy, biomechanics, and the principles of animation. 
  • Ability to define and uphold the animation style and quality standards for the project. 
  • Advanced understanding of animation systems and runtime animation techniques, such as state machines, blend trees, and procedural animation. 
  • Experience in writing or overseeing the development of animation tools and scripts (e.g., Python, MEL) to improve workflows. 
  • A responsible approach to work; 
  • Ability to perform tasks accurately and on time; 
  • Teamwork skills. 
  • Intermediate English level and above. 
     


Responsibilities

Create animations both keyframe and mocap based for projects
Lead projects and artist

Nice to have
  • Metahumans pipeline and facial animation 
  • Both Unity and Unreal engine knowledge
