Ми шукаємо Senior Google Ads Specialist — досвідченого growth-фахівця з реальними досягненнями в масштабуванні DTC через Google Ads. Основний фокус — Display, Demand Gen та YouTube.

Ви будете створювати й керувати високоефективними acquisition-кампаніями та постійно тестувати нові growth-можливості для максимізації conversions, revenue та ROI.

Що ви будете робити? Креативи

  • Лідерити high-volume creative testing at scale, використовуючи iteration frameworks.

  • Працювати з creative-командою та впливати на creative direction і production на основі performance-сигналів.

Кампанії

  • Запускати та масштабувати high-budget Google Ads кампанії (mid–7 figures annually), з фокусом на Demand Gen, GDA, YouTube.

  • Забезпечувати стабільне DTC-скейлення відповідно до LTV/CAC, ROI та revenue targets.

Стратегії

  • Будувати та тестувати sophisticated campaign structures, bid strategies та audience architectures.

  • Використовувати segmentation, 1P data, exclusions, expansion strategies.

Аналітика

  • Моніторити performance KPIs у Google Ads та BI-інструментах і перетворювати дані на actionable next steps.

  • Пропонувати UX/funnel improvements, засновані на даних і поведінці користувачів.

Дослідження

  • Відстежувати industry та competitive trends (креативи, формати, funnels, propositions, competitor angles).

  • Перетворювати інсайти в нові тестові підходи та можливості для scaling.

Співпраця

  • Працювати з командою PPC над knowledge sharing і best-practices.

  • Бути в курсі auction dynamics і platform updates.

Автоматизація

  • Використовувати внутрішні automation/analytics solutions (autorules, scripts) і пропонувати покращення.

Ідеальний кандидат

  • 4+ років hands-on Google Ads досвіду з потужними результатами в DTC (subscription apps — великий плюс).

  • Досвід управління бюджетами $1M+ та значного scaling з контролем CAC та LTV/CAC.

  • Глибоке знання Google Ads campaign types, включно з Demand Gen, GDA, YouTube; досвід DSPs (Applovin) — плюс.

  • Досвід structured, high-volume creative testing і побудови scalable frameworks.

  • Розуміння, як працюють visual creative formats: hooks, structure, offer framing, thumb-stopping visuals.

  • Сильна експертиза у bid strategies та audience strategy (intent layering, 1P data usage, segmentation, expansion).

  • Розуміння UX fundamentals та LP/funnel optimization.

  • Сильні аналітичні навички та увага до деталей; досвід з Excel, GA4, BI tools (Tableau), data-visualisation platforms.

  • Досвід з DSPs, paid social, native ads або Apple Search Ads — додатковий плюс.

  • Проактивність, самостійність і strong bias for action.

  • English — B2+, оскільки щоденна робоча комунікація відбувається англійською.
