Наразі ми формуємо нову ML-команду і шукаємо досвідченого ML/CV спеціаліста, готового створювати практичну цінність для бізнесу через інноваційні рішення.

Основні обов'язки:

  • Розробка пайплайнів (pipelines) для обробки візуальних даних (фото/відео з дронів та техніки) з використанням CV моделей.
  • Створення та оптимізація ML-рішень для аналізу телеметричних даних з агротехніки.
  • Розробка та оптимізація ML моделей, доведення їх до production-якості.
  • Тісна співпраця з бізнес-підрозділами для перетворення їхніх потреб на конкретні технічні завдання та демонстрації результатів.
  • Дослідження та аналіз новітніх технологій в ML/CV з метою їхньої практичної адаптації для завдань агросектору та запуску відповідних пілотних проєктів.

Вимоги до кандидата:

  • Вища освіта у галузі комп'ютерних наук, статистики або суміжних спеціальностей.
  • Досвід роботи в Data Science / ML від 3 років;
  • Практичний досвід успішного проектування, розробки та впровадження ML моделей у реальні бізнес-процеси;
  • Впевнене володіння Python та основними бібліотеками для ML (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, SHAP);
  • Глибоке розуміння класичних алгоритмів ML, Deep Learning та досвід роботи з фреймворками Deep Learning (наприклад, TensorFlow, PyTorch) та моделями для детекції об'єктів (наприклад, YOLO);
  • Досвід роботи з однією з платформ: MS Azure AI Foundry, Google Cloud Platform, або аналогічними;
  • Практичний досвід розгортання моделей як сервісів (наприклад, REST API) та знайомство з інструментами для цього (наприклад, Docker);
  • Відмінні комунікаційні навички, вміння презентувати результати;
  • Англійська — на рівні Intermediate або вище
