Product that needs your engagement

As a part of our Core Business Unit, you will be engaged in working with various product lines of our Company.

Core BU is a fundamental group of service departments that helps to manage smooth and seamless work of all other business units, departments and teams, being a glue that holds us together.

Your future team of professionals

The team consists of two Data Analysts, a Data Integration Specialist, and the Head of Analytics — experienced professionals who value collaboration, knowledge sharing, and new ideas.

Your future challenges

As a Product аnalyst, you will analyze how users interact with the company's Product platforms to uncover opportunities for improvement. You will be responsible for development of Product analytics, building dashboards and reports, running ad-hoc analyses, and delivering actionable insights that support business and product decisions.

Impact you will make

• Build and maintain interactive dashboards and analytical reports.
• Identify key dependencies, trends, and anomalies within datasets and provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop and execute complex SQL queries to extract, analyze, and prepare data.
• Design and track metrics and KPIs to monitor business performance.
• Monitor, alert, and fix issues with Product analytics and data tracking.
• Automate and optimize recurring reporting processes.
• Prepare Product analysis and materials to support operational activities.

Skills we are looking for

• 3+ years of experience in Product Analytics or a related Analytics field (preferably within IT/Tech product companies).
• Higher education in a relevant field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics); additional certifications in Analytics tools are a plus.
• Proven experience with SQL, databases (e.g., BigQuery), as well as working with large datasets.
• Proven experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with Amplitude/Mixpanel, Google Ads and other marketing instruments, Python or R, Tech requirements are a plus.
• Experience in analyzing business metrics (e.g., LTV, CAC, ROI, conversions, retention).
• Experience with SaaS products, B2B, ICPs, and subscription-based monetization is a plus.
• Experience of building product analytics and reports from scratch is a plus.
• English: Intermediate level or above.
• Independence, self-organization, and adaptability.
