Intern (Financial Planning and Analysis)

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our Financial Planning and Analysis team. The position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of finance and accounting, working closely with colleagues in a dynamic and fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in monthly closing processes and reporting;
• Help prepare and distribute various financial reports to internal stakeholders, including monthly and quarterly financial summaries;
• Create and analyze specific accounting statements and reports to assist in the preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance sheet, CashFlow);
• Assist with the development and maintenance of annual budgets;
• Collect, organize, and maintain financial data and reports, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data within financial systems.
• Participate in projects aimed at improving financial processes, systems, and reporting.
• Support the finance team with various ad-hoc tasks and special projects as needed.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with skills in using formulas, pivot tables, and other analytical tools.
• Experience with the 1C system is a plus but not required.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Availability to work part-time and effectively as part of a team.
• Previous experience in finance or accounting is a plus but not required.
