Required Skills

  • Knowledge of IT market and 1+ years of experience working with technology companies (outsourcing, out-staffing) as sourcer, lead generation manager, or similar roles.
  • Excellent written English and experience in communication with native speakers and clients from abroad.
  • Creativity and persistence in generating leads, analytical skills, and ability to get in touch with decision-makers, work independently, and handle a large number of tasks on a daily basis.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Pipedrive) and lead generation tools (RocketReach, Linkedin, etc., ability to find and offer your own ones).

  • Large networking and personal connections with decision-makers and influencers from IT projects and companies.


Responsibilities

  • Create and expand potential customers' databases and work with it on the daily basis
  • Lead generation: communication with potential clients and increasing their interest in CQ's products and services and transferring these clients to the Sales Department.
