Mechanical Engineer / Lubricants Technologist

supplying industrial lubricants
(oils, greases, and fluids) from a global manufacturer.

Our mission is to help industrial and energy enterprises reduce equipment maintenance costs and extend service life through the right lubrication solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze clients' technological processes and select appropriate oils/lubricants;
• Conduct technical consultations (including on-site visits);
• Prepare proposals and technical documentation;
• Supervise lubricant testing at production sites;
• Negotiate with technical and procurement specialists;
• Implement recommendations to optimize costs and improve equipment performance;
• Provide post-sale support and performance analysis;
• Maintain reports and work within a CRM system.

Required Skills:

• Technical education (mechanical engineering, machine technology, industrial equipment, or chemistry);
• At least 2 years of experience in production / technical departments / B2B sales;
• Understanding of machinery principles, friction, and lubrication systems;
• Strong communication skills and ability to justify technical decisions;
• Presentation skills and ability to build long-term customer relationships;
• Proficiency in PC, Excel, and CRM systems;
• Driver's license (category B) — preferred.

Preferred Experience / Advantages:

• Experience working with lubricants, industrial oils, or technical fluids;
• Participation in production testing or technical trials;
• English proficiency sufficient to read technical documentation.

• Full-time employment, official registration.
• Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
