We are a UK fintech creating successful neobanks in emerging markets in partnerships with local traditional banks.
Our success builds upon a best-in-class product, customer experience, emotional engagement, viral marketing and deep credit decisioning expertise.
One of our founders had previously co-founded a highly successful Eastern European neobank with a multi million customer base.
We launched our first market with Leobank in Azerbaijan in 2021, where we have already established market leading positions. Our next market was Vietnam, where we launched Liobank in early 2023 and also gained solid traction.
We have a few more new markets in the pipeline for the next 12 months, and we are starting to build the team there.

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to produce engaging, on‑brand visual assets:
  • Presentations: Design and refine slide decks for internal and external stakeholders using our brand templates.
  • Digital Banners: Create eye-catching web and display banners for campaigns and partnerships.
  • Social Media Assets: Develop static graphics and simple animations for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Outdoor Advertising: Adapt concepts for billboards, street posters, and transit ads.
  • Print Collateral: Design envelopes, flyers, stickers, and badges—ensuring brand consistency.
  • Website Graphics: Produce UI banners, icons, and promotional visuals for sites and landing pages.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Experience: 2–4 years in graphic design, preferably in fintech, tech, or agency settings.
  • Skills:

    • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

    • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy

    • Ability to work within existing brand systems and style guides

    • Basic motion‑graphics skills (e.g., simple GIFs or animated banners) a plus
  • Mindset:

    • Detail‑oriented with an eye for pixel‑perfect execution

    • Collaborative and open to feedback

    • Proactive problem‑solver balancing creativity with efficiency
