Project-manager

We are looking for a candidate to join non-IT projects (Junior / Middle level) This is not an IT position, but the projects are diverse: from organizational to technical, so it will be interesting for someone looking to grow in project coordination and management. We're looking for a Junior or Middle-level candidate who can think systematically, organize processes, communicate effectively with contractors, and see tasks through to completion. Responsibilities: Leads cross-functional strategic projects end-to-end, including scoping, planning, resources allocation, implementation, testing and launch Monitors and continuously improve processes and communications Proactively monitors progress of projects, resolves issues and initiates appropriate corrective actions Facilitates teams performance and focuses on teams integration to achieve better results Ensures delivery is to the appropriate level of quality, as well as fulfillment of business and operational targets Manages communications with all stakeholders, including Executive level and executes necessary reporting Executes risk and change management processes Education and Experience: Higher education, business administration, finance or technical are preferred 3+ years of professional experience in managing mid-large scale enterprise programs and projects with technical background, delivering business value through technology or organizational changes Strong experience in managing and development of cross-functional and multinational team in challenging environment Experience in communication on executive level Experience in coaching and development of project teams, including project managers Core skills: Upper-intermediate English is must Strong project management skills with project management certification is strong plus (PMP or similar) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Understanding of management accounting and project financials Proficient in main project management and collaboration tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence or similar) Behavior: Credibility and ownership to lead Projects as single accountable Proactive team leadership with the ability to work with multiple teams distributed functionally and geographically Ability to achieve results working in challenging environment Continuous improvement and positive attitude to challenges appearing on the way About the Company: LLC «Ukraine Tower Company» is a Ukrainian company that builds telecom towers and leases them to telecom operators. UTC was founded in 2021, based on the technological and expert foundation of Ukraine's largest telecom operator — Kyivstar.
