Our client is a dynamic iGaming company that embraces flexibility and actively encourages innovative ideas to improve both products and processes. The company is growing fast and now is looking for a Graphic Designer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design digital assets: promotional banners, static & animated ads, icon sets, landing sections, e-mail & CRM templates, in-game pop-ups.
  • Build a comprehensive brand book for the new casino brand (logo, colour palette, UI kit, motion rules, tone-of-voice).
  • Collaborate via Google Meet with Marketing, Product, Casino Management and CRM teams on daily/weekly checkpoints; iterate quickly on feedback.
  • Own a personal JIRA board: triage requests from multiple stakeholders, set priorities, track progress and hit deadlines.
  • Balance two brands: keep visuals consistent for the flagship brand (1 year on the market) while defining a modern, trend-driven identity for the new one.
  • Stay on top of iGaming & general design trends, proactively suggesting improvements and experiments.

Requirements (must-haves first)

  • 2 years of hands-on experience in online-casino / iGaming design with a portfolio of live sites and campaigns.
  • Expert command of Adobe Creative Suite & Figma.
  • Proven ability to create a full brand book from scratch.
  • Solid skills in responsive web & mobile UI, asset optimisation.
  • Clear, confident communicator — able to present concepts, justify decisions and iterate based on data & stakeholder input.
  • Strong self-organisation: comfortable juggling parallel projects and re-prioritising in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

  • Basic HTML/CSS understanding to liaise smoothly with front-end developers.
  • Experience mentoring junior designers or leading small design squads.
  • Basic motion/animation (GIF, short video).
