Lead UX/UI Designer

We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to join a new project at the discovery phase and help shape the future vision of a Quality Management System (QMS) web portal.

Responsibilities

• Improving and enhancing overall UX.
• Designing UX/UI for desktop and mobile applications.
• Creating animations and interactive interface elements.
• Conducting user interviews and building user flows.
• Wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
• Running A/B tests and usability testing.
• Preparing design materials for implementation by the development team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of practical experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
• High sense of style, creativity, and understanding of modern design trends.
• Strong ability to analyze and structure complex information.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to clearly explain and justify design decisions.
• Meticulous attention to detail and consistent focus on quality.
• Ability to accept and apply constructive feedback.
• Experience working with traditional discovery tools (paper, boards, stickers, etc.).
• Proficient with Figma, Principle, and Sketch.
• Experience working with Google Suite.
• Availability to join evening calls (till 21:00)
• English level: Upper Intermediate or higher

• Have BA mindset and experience
• Experience with additional tools such as Axure, InVision, Moqups, Marvel, Zeplin, XMind, or Flinto is a plus.
