We are looking for a skilled
IT Engineer
to join our team in Kyiv. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on technical support to end-users, ensuring smooth operation of systems, devices, and network infrastructure.

Minimum Requirements

  • Strong
    customer support skills
    with a service-oriented mindset
  • Excellent
    communication abilities
    — clear, polite, and timely
  • Strong
    troubleshooting skills
    across hardware and software issues
  • Understanding of
    basic network concepts
    (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, VoIP) and experience troubleshooting network issues
  • Basic understanding of
    Windows Active Directory
    and
    LDAP

  • Basic understanding of
    Linux/Unix systems concepts

  • Advanced knowledge of
    macOS

  • Advanced knowledge of
    Windows
  • Experience working with
    Google Workspace (G Suite)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide
    technical support
    to users, assisting with system and software configuration
  • Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot laptops running
    macOS (14.x, 15.x, 16.x)
    and
    Windows 11
  • Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot
    Microsoft Office 365
    ,
    Zoom
    ,
    Slack
    , and other authorized desktop applications
  • Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot
    printers
    ,
    computer hardware
    , and
    AV conference equipment
    (projectors, Apple TV, cameras, etc.)
  • Perform
    preventive maintenance
    on computers, laptops, printers, and AV equipment
  • Maintain and manage
    IT asset inventory
    and support
    equipment procurement
  • Manage
    user access
    and permissions
  • Provide
    timely communication
    on issue status and resolution
  • Maintain accurate
    ticket updates
    for all reported incidents
