Ми шукаємо Senior Project/Program Manager'а, який допоможе керувати ключовими проєктами компанії — такими як запуск нових продуктів, вихід на нові ринки та впровадження важливих нових функцій. Ця людина буде тісно співпрацювати з CEO та іншими командами, щоб планувати, організовувати та успішно реалізовувати важливі ініціативи вчасно.

Якщо ти з нами, серед твоїх ключових задач:
  • ланувати, координувати та відстежувати хід реалізації проєктів компанії від початку до завершення.
  • Співпрацювати з різними командами, щоб забезпечити досягнення цілей і дотримання термінів.
  • Створювати чіткі плани проєктів із таймлайнами та пріоритетами.
  • Керувати реалізацією великих функцій або оновлень, що впливають на клієнтів і розвиток бізнесу.
  • Моніторити прогрес і вирішувати проблеми до того, як вони стануть серйозними.
  • Готувати регулярні оновлення та звіти для CEO та керівної команди.
  • Допомагати вдосконалювати процес управління та реалізації проєктів у межах компанії.
     
Від тебе очікуємо:
  • 5+ років досвіду управління проєктами або програмами, бажано міждисциплінарними командами.
  • Добре розуміння методологій управління проєктами (Agile, PMI або подібні).
  • Впевнене користування інструментами для управління проєктами, такими як Jira та Miro.
  • Уміння ефективно керувати бюджетами, термінами та результатами проєктів.
  • Сильні аналітичні та організаційні навички.
     
Буде плюсом:
  • Досвід керівництва проєктами у сфері розробки продуктів, впровадження нових функцій або виходу на нові ринки буде перевагою.
