Support Agent

, який допоможе нашим гравцям отримувати якісний сервіс та вирішувати будь-які питання швидко і професійно.

Обов'язки:

  • Обробка та вирішення вхідних запитів через різні канали комунікації: тікети, чати, дзвінки (українською мовою).
  • Слідування внутрішнім правилам та дотримання KPI.
  • Комунікація з іншими департаментами, ескалація кейсів.
  • Ведення документації.

Вимоги:

  • Високі комунікативні навички, вміння приймати рішення.
  • Українська мова: вільна (письмова та усна).
  • Готовність до позмінного графіку роботи (ранок/день/ніч).

Буде перевагою:

  • Досвід роботи на позиції Support Agent від 1 року.
  • Досвід роботи в iGaming від 6 місяців.
  • Досвід роботи в тікет-системах Freshdesk/Zendesk/Helpcrunch.
