About the client:

It is a new generation of data service provider, specializing in data consulting and data-driven digital marketing, dedicated to transforming data into business impact across the entire value chain of organizations. The broad range of data-driven solutions in data consulting and digital marketing are designed to meet clients' specific needs, always conceived with a business-centric approach and delivered with tangible results.

About the role:

We are looking for a proactive Junior Analytics Engineer to join a dynamic data squad. In this role, you will be responsible for building and deploying analytical solutions, working closely under the guidance of London-based leads. You must be technically capable of executing tasks with a high degree of independence, ensuring that data pipelines are robust and data products are deployed efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Solution Deployment:

Build, test, and deploy analytical solutions and data pipelines following best practices established by Senior leads.

- Data Transformation:

Write clean, efficient SQL/Python code to transform raw data into usable assets for reporting and analysis.

- Execution & Independence:

Work fairly independently on assigned tasks, proactively troubleshooting technical issues and delivering high-quality work within agreed timelines.

- Maintenance:

Monitor data pipelines and assist in debugging operational issues to ensure data availability.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in data analytics or engineering.

- Strong proficiency in SQL (working knowledge of Python is highly desirable).

- Experience with modern data stacks (e.g., dbt, cloud data warehouses).

- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with onshore teams.

Preferred:

- Prior exposure to consumer data domains such as Loyalty, Promotions, Subscriptions, or E-commerce.
