We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to join our R&D team. In this role, you will explore and experiment with the latest AI tools and ideas, especially in LLMs and image generation. Your mission will be to turn these experiments into reliable, product-ready solutions that bring real impact to millions of users.

Your Areas of Impact:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize solutions based on LLMs and internal AI/ML services.
• Support existing solutions and rapidly build PoCs/MVPs to validate hypotheses.
• Integrate and scale AI services for image generation into product-ready solutions.
• Conduct research when needed to explore approaches or refine problems.
• Collaborate with product, design, backend, and mobile teams to deliver AI-powered solutions into production.
• Test, support, and document code.

About You:

• 2 years of experience as an AI/ML Engineer or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience in building LLM-based applications and features end-to-end: from prototype to production.
• Knowledge of Python tools used for AI/ML or DL/NLP: ability to identify the right approach for a project.
• Understanding of the AI/ML workflow: from data exploration to modelling, evaluation, and deployment of reliable, production-ready services.
• Prompt engineering skills: practical experience designing and refining prompts that achieve consistent, high-quality results.
• Cross-team collaboration: ability to transform vague problem statements into clear requirements, design experiments, and quickly iterate on PoCs/MVPs.
• English proficiency: at least B1, sufficient for technical discussions and day-to-day teamwork.
