As we grow our team in Europe, we're looking for motivated individuals ready to take their first step into IT as Junior Business Central Consultants.

This is a great opportunity for:
  • Recent graduates or career changers with no prior IT experience

  • Candidates with experience in client-facing roles (e.g., customer or technical support)—a big plus
What You'll Do:

You'll learn how to work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central—a leading ERP platform used worldwide. Step-by-step, with the support of experienced consultants, you'll start contributing to real client projects while growing your knowledge and skills.

Typical tasks include:

  • Supporting clients with everyday D365 BC questions and issues
  • Assisting in system setups and basic configurations
  • Documenting client needs and working with senior consultants on solutions
  • Participating in structured training and certification programs
  • Learning how businesses operate across finance, operations, sales, and more
What We're Looking For:
  • English at B2 level or higher
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Interest in IT, business systems, and helping clients solve real problems
  • Motivation to learn and grow professionally

Familiarity with ERP systems, Dynamics 365, or basic programming (AL, SQL) is helpful, but not required—we'll teach you everything you need.
