ОБОВ'ЯЗКИ

  • Аналіз і документування бізнес-вимог.
  • Кастомізація та розвиток рішень на базі
    Dynamics 365 CRM

та Power Platform.
- Розробка Power Apps, участь у побудові інтеграційних рішень.
- Тестування, підтримка запуску змін, взаємодія з бізнесом і технічними командами.
- Створення звітів та дашбордів у
Power BI

.
- Підготовка документації та участь у воркшопах/демо.

ВИМОГИ

  • Досвід у системному або бізнес-аналізі (CRM/Power Platform/BI).
  • Знання Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse.
  • Навички роботи з даними, розуміння SQL, базові інтеграції.
  • Аналітичність, уважність, вміння пропонувати рішення.
  • Англійська - Intermediate+.

  • Сертифікації Microsoft.
  • Досвід Power BI, BPMN/UML, участі у великих CRM-проєктах.
