• Conveys the product's vision to the development team
• Breaks down new Ideas into PRDs (Product Requirements Document) and to detailed requirements and timelines via different Monday boards
• Creates user stories based on the PRD document on JIRA
• Builds specific sprint's scope with R&D team on JIRA
• Creates and manages the documentation for the product in development
• Responsible for conducting routine grooming meetings with the R&D team (effort estimation and 'micro-planning') - Scrum Ceremonies
• Plans the product's data documentation in cooperation with BI developers
• Times and coordinates every domain's relevant output with the product's planned release
• Conducts and plans tests and challenges for the product before production
• Receives feedback for new features and prioritizes needed changes

• 1-2 years product management or closely related experience
• Knowledge of working in agile methodologies
• Technological orientation; Background in development - advantage
• Project management skills
• Experience in JIRA, wiki (confluence etc.) and Monday
• Basic proficiency using analytics tools - Tableau, MixPanel, PostHog (Excel is an advantage)
• Knowledge of mockup applications via Figma/Miro - useful
• Understanding of program development processes
• In-depth knowledge of their studio's game and its feature
• Understanding of the product's life cycle
• Understanding of player experience and needs
