Що ви будете робити на посаді
Бухгалтера:

  • Контролювати своєчасність оплати рахунків відповідно до умов оплати за договором;
  • Переконайтеся, що проводки рахунків-фактур постачальників є своєчасними та точними;
  • Стежити за правильністю ведення рахунків GL, що використовуються для SG&A, інших закупівель з поставкою та без поставки;
  • перевірка рахунків VIM (всі відповідні дані та підписи);
  • Відстежувати незатверджені рахунки в системі VIM;
  • аналіз старіння AP з правильним розміщенням резервів безнадійної заборгованості;
  • Списання застарілих залишків АР відповідно до правил місцевого законодавства;
  • Проводити звірки з постачальниками;
  • Звірка GR/IR рахунків з нарахуваннями за покупку товарів і послуг в SAP;
  • Спільна робота з іншими членами команди Stream;
  • Допомагати з заходами по завершенню місяця, включаючи підготовку звітів і звірку рахунків.

Чого ми очікуємо від нашого майбутнього Бухгалтера:
Вища освіта (економіка, облік і аудит, фінанси);

Здатність працювати самостійно, ефективно та забезпечувати високу якість продукції в умовах цейтноту;

Досвід роботи бухгалтером за напрямком 2+ роки

Буде перевагою:
Досвід роботи на аналогічній посаді;

Досвід роботи в агробізнесі/торгівлі сировинними товарами;

SAP, англійська – рівень pre-intermediate.
