We're looking for a Junior Product Manager to join CopyMind, a cutting-edge AI startup that helps people make smarter decisions, break free from overthinking, and move forward with confidence.

As a Junior PM, you will be at the core of our growth engine, working on high-impact web funnels and PWA (Progressive Web App) development. Your role will involve optimizing conversion flows, improving user activation, and scaling monetization strategies—all with the help of AI-driven tools and automation.

Your Key Responsibilities
Funnel & PWA Optimization

Manage and optimize web funnels & conversion flows to maximize sign-ups, engagement, and monetization.
Continuously improve our PWA experience, ensuring seamless onboarding and retention.
Leverage A/B testing, heatmaps, and analytics to identify and fix bottlenecks in the user journey.

AI-Powered Product Management

Use AI-driven tools to automate workflows, improve decision-making, and streamline product development.
Analyze user behavior, engagement metrics, and market trends to inform growth strategies.
Stay ahead of AI & automation trends, proactively implementing the latest tech into your daily workflow.

Proactive & Hands-On Execution

Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and marketers to launch and iterate on features.
Formulate clear hypotheses and rapidly test product ideas to drive key growth metrics.
Work independently, making data-driven decisions and taking full ownership of your projects.

Data & Performance Analysis

Monitor conversion rates, activation metrics, and user behavior to optimize every stage of the funnel.
Translate insights into actionable product improvements to drive growth & retention.
Implement AI-powered analytics tools to gain deeper product insights faster.

What We're Looking For

1+ years of experience in product management, growth marketing, or a related field.
Experience working with web funnels, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
Basic knowledge of PWA (Progressive Web Apps) and how they impact user engagement.
Proficiency in AI tools for workflow automation, data analysis, and product insights.
Strong analytical mindset—you make decisions based on data, not intuition.
Proactive & results-driven—you take ownership and execute with urgency.
Ability to work cross-functionally with developers, marketers, and designers to drive impact.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience using AI automation tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, No-code AI solutions, etc.).
Understanding of Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other CRO tools.
Previous experience in a fast-growing startup or product-led company.
