MEAL Coordinator

Monitoring & Evaluation

Design and oversee MEAL frameworks for all Yashchenko Foundation programmes, ensuring alignment with sectoral standards and donor reporting requirements

Develop and manage project-level M&E plans, including logical frameworks, indicator tracking tools, and data collection schedules

Supervise and support field teams to ensure high-quality, consistent data collection and reporting

Conduct field visits to monitor project progress, validate reported data, and assess outcomes

Lead or coordinate baseline, midline, and endline assessments as needed

Accountability to Affected Populations (AAP)

Ensure the integration of AAP principles across all programmes and projects

Develop, maintain, and strengthen complaints and feedback mechanisms in coordination with programme and field staff

Ensure feedback and complaints are responded to in a timely, confidential, and respectful manner, and are used to inform programme improvements

Learning and Impact

Facilitate learning reviews, after-action reviews, and lessons-learned sessions across departments and programmes

Coordinate the documentation and dissemination of best practices, success stories, and impact evidence

Produce regular MEAL reports for internal use and donor submission

Support proposal development by contributing to logical frameworks, theory of change development, and indicator selection

Capacity Building and Systems Strengthening

Provide training and mentoring to staff at all levels on MEAL tools, methodologies, and data management practices

Strengthen organisational MEAL systems and standard operating procedures

Work closely with programme teams to build a culture of results-based management and adaptive learning

Contribute to organisational strategy by analysing performance trends and identifying areas for improvement
