Зараз ми в пошуку Middle Data Analyst, який допоможе нам приймати бізнес-рішення на основі даних, оптимізувати процеси та знаходити нові точки зростання.

Що очікуємо від майбутнього колеги:

  • Від 3 років комерційного досвіду роботи в аналітиці;

  • Досвід побудови продуктових і бізнес-метрик (conversion rate, retention, ARPU, LTV тощо);

  • Здатність працювати самостійно й доводити завдання до результату;

  • Глибокі знання SQL (BigQuery);

  • Практичний досвід створення дашбордів і роботи з BI-інструментами (Tableau, Power BI, Metabase тощо);

  • Досвід роботи з Python та автоматизацією аналітичних процесів;

  • Вільне володіння Excel та Google Sheets;

  • Рівень англійської — B2+.

Ключові функції та обов'язки:

  • Збір, обробка та аналіз великих обсягів даних із різних джерел;

  • Розробка дашбордів та аналітичних інсайтів, що допомагають бачити повну картину та приймати рішення швидше;

  • Визначення точок зростання й підготовка рекомендацій щодо підвищення конверсій і доходу;

  • Оцінка ефективності retention-кампаній і підготовка звітів за ключовими показниками;

  • Оптимізація аналітики Customer Support-напрямку — пошук вузьких місць, покращення процесів і звітності;

  • Проведення ad-hoc аналізів на запити бізнесу або продукту.

Буде плюсом:
  • Досвід побудови DBT моделей та роботи з GIT
