Legal counsel (strong middle or senior)

Requirements
  • LLM degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in the IT industry, international companies or law firms;
  • Ability to make independent decisions and learn quickly;
  • Experience in legal support of contracting under English laws;
  • Good understanding of IP in the IT industry;
  • Attention to details and result orientation;
  • High level of legal technique;
  • Great level of self-motivation and discipline;
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English (B2). 
Responsibilities
- Perform legal reviewing and drafting agreements of various types (mostly NDA, services agreements with clients);
- Provide consultation on various legal issues, including matters connected with clients' agreements;
- Cooperation with production, finance and other teams according to client contracting flow;
- Legal research projects regarding various business matters;
- Background legal check of new clients

Nice to have
  • Experience in the video games industry;
  • Advanced level of English (C1)
  • Experience in legal support of debt recovery worldwide
